Vopiscus Iulius Capito is an augur in a town north of Rome, near the lands of the
Rasenna (Etruscans). He is not so wealthy as an augur in Rome itself would be, but he has far less competition, here (just the one, in fact). He is also not as wealthy as a Roman augur of later eras would be, but then, this is a time in which Rome has not conquered even a fifth-part of the Italian Paeninsula, whereas by the Imperial Era it commands about half of Europe, plus parts of Africa and Asia Minor.
Harpastum and
trigon were two ball games popular in Ancient Rome, apparently learned from the Greeks, though I'm having difficulty finding out when. If someone has a better idea, I can swap out the names; the point is that he's a guy who likes to stay fit and enjoys sports, even ignoring the benefits to his power use.

4e conversion hosted at RPK's MyGURPS.com, p19), and the Fortune Teller package from GURPS Psis, p24.
