Need some clarification.

Player 1 draws the Net Troll, can't kill it, so successfully asks for help from Player 2... Player 2 and 3 are tied for highest level.
The Net Troll is moded up and end result Player 1 and 2 can not kill it. They both fail their rolls to run away.

Would this, (A) mean that Player 3 would get an item each from Player 1 & 2 and (B)would that mean that Player 2 gets to take a treasure from Player 1?
