If you do that, the Rcl number for the original version doesn't really apply. It's possibly okay for a double-barreled version, but a mitrailleuse is almost certainly heavy enough that it will have Rcl 2 regardless. (Or rcl 1 if it's simultaneous-firing rather than sequential, of course.)

It doesn't hurt, it's just a surprising truth that there don't seem to be any such rules published anywhere.
