A few suggestions:
At least on my monitor, the FP bar is very large, and you have to scroll to see it all. You might want to consider a smaller, more compressed bar, and even have a graphical bar next to it showing AP counting from max to zero.
Putting a penalties summary in the colored FP bar would also be a nice "it's all in one place" graphical summary.
It looks pretty complete, other than superpowers (such as magical or powered AP regeneration).
I will definitely be featuring this one on my blog!
