if Lifting ST [2] is +400% and Striking ST [5] is +400% then collectively to work out to ST [10] being +300% the enhancement for HP [2] would probably have to be less than 300%

In terms of buying one level...

Super Lifting ST [10]
Super Striking ST [25]
...
Super ST [40]

+300% is basically x4 so 10x4=40
+400% is basically x5 so 2x5=10 and 5x5=25

The difference between these sums (35 and 40) is 5 points, meaning that Super HP is worth 5 points instead of 2... which works out to being a +150% enhancement for HP.

I can't remember if it actually does anything though, will have to reread supers later.
