If you have generic Super ST and also Lifting Super ST, is each one added separately, or do you sum the generic and lifting ST number to determine Lifting ST?

For example, if a character has ST 20, Super ST +12, and Lifting Super ST +8, would their Lifting ST be 40/270 or 40/5020?
