eBay sees more traffic each day than Warehouse 23 sees in a month. This means that some Munchkin fans _never_ visit W23 and find themselves spending their money at eBay as they chase down promo cards. So: A few who visit W23 buy promos . . . then sell those promos on eBay (and Amazon).
Munchkin arbitrage appears to be a thing.
