I certainly wouldn't cost it as more than 5pts since Hermaphromorph runs that much and this certainly seems no more powerful than that

Admittedly, Hermaphromorph to me seems rather overpriced unless your doing like GURPS Munchkin where you expect to see a slew of gender related effects
