You're going to need to go down the custom route. I made a case big enough to hold everything
currently released in regards to the main Munchkin game (ie. Not Quest, Treasure Hunt etc) out of a flight case I bought in a hardware store, and I have to warn you it is HEAVY. We have a coffee table in our games room where it sits, and we never move it. I just take a handful of cards whenever I travel.

You know, if you wanted to spend $200 that is. Mine cost £50 in total and that included a pack of three flight cases and the parts to make the insert.
EDIT: It seems you get an insert for free with the case. $150 then.
