Video Munchkin Question

Is it okay to use blank cards to create effects and monsters that lampoons video games. (e.g. Mustache of Super Jumpers, Quills of Rolling Attacks, Dot Muncher monster, Rabid [Insert Console here] Fanboy, ect.)
Alternately: Maybe we can lampoon video games together. You make the art, and I'll do the Ideas. (Just let me be in the credits okay?)
