Munchkin in Spanish: how good is it?
Hi everybody,
I am teaching Spanish in a language school here in Ljubljana, and am always interested in trying out fresh ideas at my conversation classes, in order to avoid repetition and boredom.
I have GMd simple RPG sessions, which have invariably been a blast, and would like to drag my students further down into geekdom ;-). Munchkin could be a great teaching tool for an advanced class, because the rules are simple but the cards are text-heavy and demand quick reading. However, I am only familiar with the English game, and would like to know how good the Spanish translation is: are the jokes still funny? Is the language itself well used?
If the feedback here is positive, I'll try to talk the school into buying a few sets and will try them out.
Thanks in advance,
M.
