Just a few hopefully easy questions as the one I have did not come with a rule sheet:

1) Does it have a rule sheet?

2) The bonus is a generic combat bonus, not one for running away?

3) It has no GP Value?

4) Can it be looted, stolen, etc. like any other item?

5) Do you have to cover a plush tentacle to use it?
