When I search for items on W23, one of the checkboxes I'd like to have available would be to omit from my search results whatever digital items (i.e. PDFs) that I already own.

When I click the link for any individual item, that item's individual page will tell me if I already own that file. But on the search results page(s), this data is not immediately available -- I still have to click on each individual items.

Can this new checkbox be added relatively easily? Or would this be a more difficult addition? Just wondering.
