OK calling upon the forumites for some help with rank names.
Basically I am building a system of magic inspired by the Dragon Knight series.
It uses Threshold magic with base 30 and rec of 1 and mostly you get it back by doing quests or things for the primal powers. Mages can also trade tally among themselves. They are recognized as agents of higher powers and actually have legal enforcement powers among the supernatural and in the material world only. It is entirely possible for them to have other forms of magery and magic as well in which case they may buy the Multiple Source advantage which allows them to use this power to power other magic. In this world you do not even need magery to use Path/book magic (Effect Shaping) (see my other posts on that, under Lantern Guilds or Chalice World) and there are several other systems. You could use these points to power Guardian (Werewolf and others, loosely based on World of Darkness) rituals and gifts (both serve Ma'at) but not vampire (blood path) magic.

Each rank buys up Threshold and certain levels can buy Safer Excess as well. Also you can get special dispensation and get it for major achievements.
