swing cut [Skull]: 3.5 - (2 dr) x 4 brain = Ave 6 Damage
thrust imp [Eye]: 2 x 4 = 8 Ave, but admitiblly a harder shot.
vs ST 11 (Min St one handed) Katana wielding Ninja
sw+1 cut [skull]: 4.5 - (2 dr) x 4 = 10 ave
thr+1 imp [eye]: 2.66 x 4 = 10.66 ave [agian the more diffuclt shot]
so it's still an edge
