I don't know if it's worth making the distinction, but the pack is for items that take Hands or are worn (Headgear, Footgear, Armor, anything with the keyword Shiny, or anything with the keyword Clothing).
You also have a belt that can hold an unlimited number of items that aren't worn (as defined above) and don't require Hands to use.
