We already have Compulsive Behaviour (and Dependency, Addiction or Restricted Diet if you actually need the thing rather than just desire it). I really don't see that Uncontrollable Appetite (Human Blood) is usefully distinct from Compulsive Behaviour (Drink Human Blood).
