Default Article says Tank Killing Robot Revealed

And more news from the development of military applications for robotics, this article talks of a robot designed as a tank killer. From the article, "If deployed, battlefields could see scenarios of unusual, futuristic duels: tank versus robot." For those OGRE players who know, does the United States, or some other government, have the capability to produce a computer which approaches an Artificial Intelligence device utilized in the Mark I or Mark II OGRES? Could it be possible that the size of an AI device for an OGRE, of the Mark III or higher, be actually smaller than the design of the game anticipated? Food for thought.
