Warp with the Tunnel enhancement (the +100% version where the tunnel forms before you go through) is what I'd use for Void's power. She also forms them fast, so she'll need a lot of levels of Reliable to compensate for the penalties for that, too. I'd give her Blink, too, to allow her to portal defensively once a turn. Finally, the exact duration of her portals seem to be under her control, rather than random. I'd probably make that a +50% Cosmic enhancement on top of Tunnel.
