I think now might be a good time for a new edition if someone's in a position to develop it. RPGs in general seem to be on an upswing, and high-concept RPGs are likely to get a bit of a boost with Vampire 5th edition.
The problem is that clear, simple rules and high-quality presentation are pretty much necessary for a physical product to sell these days, and IN was iffy on both of those points.
