That, in a nutshell. :) As mentioned on the sheet itself, I sourced Basic Set, Low-Tech, Low-Tech Instant Armor, and Martial Arts. I didn't even know there was essentially more hit location stuff in Biotech!

.... I put in the optional "Armor Gaps" but not the core "Chinks". *facepalm*
