As far as I can remember paying for a replacement is entirely legal isn't it? Especially if you ask the company that makes the product, and seeing that the other rules are available
here to download it was a natural assumption to assume that I would be able to find the dice rules as well.
Besides, I had lost the insert with the rules and was NOT asking for the cards or the dice, since I still have those.
