The rulebook itself says that you can go ahead and add in all the treasures. The treasures are not as powerful as the Door cards are in CWBH, so there's no issue throwing them all in there, even if you're not using a huge game.
By the way, here's a fun note: If you own normal Munchkin 1-4, you have enough cards to equal three base Munchkin sets. Munchin 5-6 & 8 will increase that even more. So you can add all the CWBH doors without having to worry about unbalance.
