But total is thus about 40-75 points.
So even without the defenses the value is more than 15 points, how much more depends a lot on the IQ roll bonuses and Initiative values

"Costs that much" isn't the same thing as "worth that much". There is no way that any 150 point campaign would see a lot of people lining up to pay 75 or even 40 points for a combat advantage that doesn't actually make you better at fighting.
