On the whole name for fear of ghosts debate, GURPS Horror has Spectrophobia, and GURPS Zombies has Zombophobia.
The problem is they are triggered by things that merely "might be" undead. Cold spots or gusts of wind or haunted places can apply for Spectrophobia, someone on drugs or feverish can apply for Zombophobia.
If you're talking a truly pathological fear, then those broadened circumstances make sense.
But I assume Fright Checks upon being confronted by undead would be normal. Maybe Dislike (-1 on 'normal' Fright Checks on encountering undead, might need to make a Fright Check when others would not) as a Quirk.
