Umm . . . Huh?
If you play Command and Conquer (or Starcraft or whatever) against an IQ0 opponent, you can still win, despite there being an IQ-based skill contest. Having IQ0 is
not the same thing as having Immunity (IQ-resisted abilities). Sure, it makes some abilities, such as Mind Control, irrelevant, but Phantom behaves more like an Ally with Resistable by IQ, not like Stigmata.
