If a given player wouldn't enjoy playing with a given group/GM, then ... I agree. The player should find a different group/GM that they would enjoy playing with. It
is a hobby. We do this in our spare time to entertain ourselves. There is no sense spending your happy-fun time doing something that isn't.
Sometimes this means the group dissolves. Sometimes this mean the player never gets to play. Such is life.
