That's more than a Perk. It's Injury Tolerance (No Vitals), limited either -60% (as per BIO63), or -30% (because TH penalty is -3, as per limited DR rules). That's 2+ points, and Perks can't have %modifiers either. :(
My choices:
- Sanitized Metabolism
- Eyes Change Color
- something else depending on character, most likely Accesory (hidden spraygun or the like, loaded with some ultratech drug).
