Car Wars Sixth Edition should include the term "holmgang" in its terminology. :o)

There should be a Holmgang arena on an island somewhere. Maybe the river between LaCrosse, Wisconsin and La Crescent, Minnesota. Lots of Scandinavian descendents up that way.
