Because SJG does not pay to have data files created for the various GURPS supplements they publish. GDF creation is left to volunteers, which means that GDFs are, largely, created on an as needed basis. Additionally, even if someone did create a
Magic: Plant Spells GDF, they'd have to release it publicly—so that the data file coordinator, Eric, could incorporate it into releases of the official data files.
