Switch
Dominic Grace's mother did something she shouldn't have done while she was pregnant, time travel. Gabrielle Grace better known as just Gabriel was one of the three successful Nephilim series super soldiers. As well as all round physical improvements the designers managed to add a psionic ability that manifested differently in each individual. It was this randomness combined with the large number of rogues that ended the project. Gabriel's ability manifested as telekinetic flight.

Switch's father is believed to be the dimensional manipulating hero with an endless supply of weapons, Arsenal. Who was thought to be hit by the chronolord's retconnon and partially ceased to have ever existed. It is suspected that this event combined with Gabriel's unintentional time traveling caused Switch's powers.

Switch can become another version of himself from a different time line for a preset length of time. So far he hasn't tried for more than a couple of hours. This time lines version of Switch has no other powers besides particularly good instincts.

-- Random unusual Equipment (Xaser rifle, post apocalyptic cyber ware etc)
-- 10% of the time he gets one psi ability
-- 1% of the time he gets a super ability of a significant level.

Motivation
- Raised with a sound moral compass Switch wonders who watches the powerful.
- The confusion over his father gives him a level of empathy with those who are injured or hurt in other ways by supers both good and bad.
- Growing up with the celestials he has seen some of the top supers at their best and worst

While he can usually only change to a random self his skill with his ability is growing. He can semi reliably change to a warrior monk version of himself with phenomenal reflexes and a strict code of honour

Due to the source of his abilities his power is almost undetectable, the most information anyone is able to get is that he has a low level latent ability.
