[Supers] Infamous: Second Son powers
Salutations!
Just an attempt to stat the powers from the inFAMOUS games, with a focus on Second Son, because I haven't played the prequels yet. I'm not even trying to copy the exact mechanics of the game, so I omitted a few things, e.g. the Drain (Substance) ability. Even in-game, the point of these powers is that their sources are abundant in an urban setting anyway. I was not concerned with which abilities are Alternative Abilities, either.

I seriously eyeballed any levelled advantage or enhancement, so please feel especially encouraged to correct me there.

Smoke
I decided to ditch the Vent Dash / Car Boost mechanic and upgrade Smoke Thrusters to a slow Flight instead.
