This is the chart I created. It is based on ethnic distribution in the United States in the year 2000; it is not adequate for a
worldwide randomizer. Results would have to be adjusted for particular sections of the United States where the distribution differs (for instance, in the South, where there are more black residents; or in San Francisco, where there are more Chinese).
