The Last: A mostly depopulated city except for a small barbaric tribe that live in what used to be a museum. Occasionally they are attacked by shape changing creatures who all change into the same creature at the same time. One day they attack in the form of large black mastiffs. The next as flying starfish. The tribe has the power to preserve decapitated heads and make use of their knowledge and abilities, so their most powerful weapons are the head of a superhero with heat vision and a gorgon's head.
