World's Smallest Matchbox plastic miniatures were released in the early 1990s. They were exactly in Car Wars scale with cars having dimensions 1" x 0.5". I have used World's Smallest Matchbox for my 1X Car Wars scale game for over 10 years.

World's Smallest Matchbox vehicles were released in sets of five or six cars, and sets of two or three cars with road sections and/or buildings.

There are currently several lots of World's Smallest Matchbox on eBay USA that are much less expensive than usual prices.

World's Smallest Matchbox miniatures were released as "Matchbox Micro World" outside of the U.S.
