I remember now that somewhere in my FASATrek stuff there were some such ships.
In (I think) the Merchant book there was a one man ship intended for a new Cyrano Jones scenario.
Some where else there was an "Aurora" class of ship intended for PC use. It had a 2 person Transporter pad and even a small phaser.
