It's in the latest Data Update. You can find it in the Variants folder when you're choosing data files for a data set. However, I somewhat feel that the Unlock and Unhide data files are somewhat deprecated, as using the programmatic options work better and more reliably (right clicking on the trait in GCA, setting the printout options in a character sheet).
