Just took a closer look at the bookmarks from the Monster boxes and realized that each is slightly different than the prior printings. The effects seem unchanged, but the layouts and the fonts are different.

Previously mentioned was the Munchkin Bites bookmark, which was new to the 3rd edition. Here's are the others:
