Yrth and For Honor
So, ever since the Ubisoft game For Honor was announced, I couldn't help but notice the various factions kinda match up with some of the factions of Yrth's cultures.
The Legion, with it's mix of medieval european and roman-inspired units, naturally matches up with Megalos.
The Warborn, with their strong Viking roots (and some celtic and generic barbarian elements) fit the Nomad Landers.
The Chosen, the Samurai, clearly belong in Sahud.
And the various classes' unusually anachronistic armor and weapon combinations would actually makes sense on Yrth, where technology has been kept in Medieval Stasis, but centuries' worth of armor and weapons innovations would still have taken place.
A bit late for me tonight, but I'm considering conversions of the character classes into Templates.
