Not in the real world. The Thule Gesellschaft was disbanded in the 1920s. After the Nazis took power, von Sebottendorf tried to portray himself and the society as precursors of Hitler, which was mightily disliked by the regime. Von Sebottendorf was jailed for a while, his book forbidden; then he thought better to leave for Turkey.
In any case, if you look for a place that still exists and that was linked with the Thule Gesellschaft when it existed, in the late 1910s and early 1920s, that's not in Berlin. It's in Munich, the Vier Jahreszeiten Hotel (still a luxury hotel today, BTW).
