Beyond reading over the section of the adventure I knew I was going to run a few times, I did the following:
- Made Spell List cheat sheets for the spell caster pregens
- Made fold-over cards for the monsters they would encounter: picture of the monster on their side, stats on my side
- Printed out Pregens, cheat sheets, monster fold-overs, maps
- Procure appropriate mini’s from friend: heroes and monsters
The way the adventure is broken up into nice little bite-size sections with easy to find headings like “Challenge” and “Concealed”, makes it very easy to run without much fuss.
