Hmmm.... Now, there are some complicating matters when it comes to the comparative value of AFVs. For instance, a T34/85 does not have the firepower to take down a Panther head on; Likewise with the Mathilda II vs the Pz III.
But this could be solved by giving bonuses for superiority in "Heavy front armour" or "Long AT guns", in the regular fashion.
