And some of the older, more (in)famous hotel/casinos have been torn down over the last decade, too. Physical destruction of (ex-)Tethers to Greed, maybe?
Oh, yes... Let's not forget the other flanking maneuver - the combined Technology/Media effort that is
CSI. (The way they treat science on that show, getting it
almost right, isn't a hallmark of Lightning...)
