While there can be guidelines and guesstimations for doing that, since there's not a true equivalence between both game systems (*), I don't believe in direct conversion rules from Dungeons & Dragons or Pathfinder to Dungeon Fantasy.

Anyway, maybe in a case like yours it could be good to accept the guesstimation you like better for your campaign and stick to it for coherence during its duration.

(*) In the same way there are no character levels, there's no equivalence between D&D's Hit Points and DFRPG's Hit Points, for instance.
