I think it's fair to say any of the "list" questions are standing questions, and 5 is a good target number. That means that we can keep the question open in the question pool until it gains 5 replies, then we can retire it from the pool. However, if other people still want to add entries, say if there are more Wanted Criminals or Technological Wonders, that's fine.
I started qn 46 with 3 entries, so we can aim for 5 more to make 8.
