...in a Booster Chair isn't a "promo" as such. It was the card that you could get by sending in 5 wrappers from booster packs (or ordering 5 of the packs at once from W23). Though I guess that was a "promotional offer" of sorts, so calling it a promo isn't that much of a stretch.
