That's what I did, along with some stuff from the
Psionic Powers p27 description of the Astral Plane. You move from a corporeal world onto the Outer Astral. From there you move in an extra "direction" to the Inner Astral.
On the Inner Astral, you can move in ways that let you reach the entrances to other material worlds. There's also ways to move that take you to the Pearl-Bright Ocean and from there to the Iconic realm.
