If you have a Super Munchkin with 2 classes, can you make both classes enhanced with one of the enhancers, lets say Elite, and get double the benefits? Say you would get a + bonus equal to the # of treasures the monster is worth x2. A 4 treasure monster would give you a +8 bonus then? Or do they not stack.

Secondly, can you enhance 2 classes with different Class Enhancers (say Elite Cleric and Master Warrior) and get both the benefits?
