Ah, right; I misunderstood. You're thinking of the All-Out Attack (Feint) option being a variation of All-Out Attack (Double) with one of the attacks replaced with a Feint.
I believe Kromm has stated that a Feint is a special type of "attack"; the standard Feint maneuver substitutes for the standard Attack maneuver and that if you have Extra Attack you can use any of them as a Feint (presumably the first one but nothing stops you from using a Feint as the last attack to get a better shot at the start of the next round).
As I stated, I'd also permit it for Committed and Defensive Attacks, producing Committed Feints and Defensive Feints. Not entirely RAW-legal, but it probably doesn't break anything.
As for a Move-and-Feint... it might suffice, but I'm not entirely sure.
