It says to play it on a Race, Class, Loyalty, Accent, or Mojo. Race Enhancers and Class Enhancers are not included in the list, so they would not be valid plays. It is also very clear that
Epic Junior only gives you the abilities of the card it is attached to, so the enhancers enhancing the same race would remain normal.
